Last Juni 05, 2009 the Environment day was anniversary with rewarded the Adipura Award for the national clean City in Indonesia. Tanjungpinang included the one of clean city that success achieve Adipura.

The Environment Agency of Tanjungpinang City was also launched Drawing Contest for elementary school student on last Juni 03, 2009 at Bali Hotel Jl. Sungai Jang Tanjungpinang, mean while the winners of contest were announced on last Juni 10, 2009 at Pamedan Ahmad Yani in Tanjungpinang City’s local event of Environment Anniversary.
